I had never used a silicone mold before. Then, when I searched for a muffin tin to make our mandatory breakfast egg muffins for our first passage, Mads suggested getting this one. I was skeptical about how well it would work. Now, I wouldn't go back. Everything from egg muffins to cupcakes bakes perfectly and pop out with ease. I'll never go back. Plus, because it's made of silicone, you can fold it up and easily fit it anywhere. Or have room to accommodate more silicone molds anywhere, whichever way you choose to look at it ;) _ Pro-tip: before filling the mold, place it onto a baking sheet for easy transfer into the oven. I totally did this and DID NOT spill batter everywhere the first time!
