This little chopper was a game-changer for me. Not only does it use zero electricity, but it's also perfect for chopping onions and garlic quickly without having onion and garlic fingers. Side note, when I purchased this in Denmark it was not as expensive as it is on Amazon. I linked it here because it's the one I use and I have been really happy with it. It's compact yet sturdy. However, I'm sure there are comparable ones on amazon :)
